Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original or similar protective packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
How to Start a Return

We'll get back to you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit, depending on preference.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or items.
If you'd like a different piece, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
Final Sale Items
All discounted or sale items and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
